COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – One of the Coldwater City Council’s actions this week was to place on the table for 30 days an offer to purchase 52 W. Montgomery Street from United Properties, LLC (Jon Slack, President) in the amount of $75,000. Because the city had received a number of offers back and forth between a couple of bidders, the city council on Monday set an auction date for any final bids on the property for Monday February 9, 2015 at 4:30 pm in the city council chambers.
Bidding will begin at $75,000. Bidders must have proof of financing and will be asked to provide an earnest deposit with the city. If you have any questions, you can contact the city through Keith Baker, Community Services Director/Assistant City Manager.
