COLON TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – Those who travel on the Wattles Road Bridge will have to find an alternate route for the next several weeks.
Rehabilitation work on the bridge between West Burr Oak Road and Stowell Road in St. Joseph County began this week.
The bridge is closed to all traffic including emergency traffic until further notice.
St. Joseph County Road Commission Managing Director John Lindsey says the bridge is expected to be closed for the next six weeks.
