COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A series of major road and infrastructure projects are underway for the City of Coldwater.
Resealing of a portion of the Upson Plaza parking lot was completed this past Sunday. The work was done on the eastern portion of the lot off Clay Street.

A major reconstruction project in the southeast portion of the city began Monday.
Crews will be working on South Michigan Avenue, South Sprague, Washington and Perkins Streets. They will be replacing and repairing water and sewer infrastructure as well as sidewalks, storm sewers, curbs, gutters, and roads. The project is expected to be completed in October.
There will also be repaving later this summer on North Michigan Avenue and Seeley Street.
