COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater has now officially taken over the Little League program in the city, which means property has officially been transferred to the city along with all of their remaining assets. The fields on Western Avenue have been mowed and unneeded equipment has been removed.
City Manager Jeff Budd says the fields will require significant work to bring them back into playing shape. Work is also needed at the concession stand and restrooms.
Little League operations will be handled by city’s Recreation Department.
