COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man was ordered to serve between three and 20 years in the Michigan Department of Corrections on Monday after he entered guilty pleas to charges of dealing or manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated stalking in Branch County Circuit Court.
27-year-old Dylan Tompkins entered the pleas in a case that was filed by Branch County Prosecutors last December.
In exchange for his guilty pleas, five methamphetamine related counts and two other stalking charges in six cases were dismissed.
Tompkins was given credit for 296 days already served in jail.
