BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – Bronson Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle who fled from the scene of a crash which injured at least four persons in the downtown area on Wednesday afternoon.
Police Chief Stephen Johnson says his department along with Bronson firefighters and Lifecare Ambulance responded to the two vehicle crash at West Chicago and Walker just before 1:55 p.m..
Several passengers were injured and transported to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
Johnson says police are looking for additional witnesses that can identify the at fault driver of a grey pickup truck as the driver fled on foot right after the crash.

The crash caused U.S. 12 to be shut down between Douglas and Matteson Street for about an hour so that the crash scene could be cleaned up.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
