COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – One of two suspects in a Bronson Police Department drug investigation was arraigned Monday on three charges in Branch County District Court.
According to court documents, 19-year-old Dylan Christopher Smith was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug house and possession of marijuana after police executed a search warrant in the 200 block of State Street.
The other suspect remains at large.
A court spokesperson says bond in the Smith case was set at $100,000. A probable cause hearing was scheduled for August 16, 2016. A preliminary exam is set for August 23.
