COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Members of the Branch County Association of Realtors® gathered at the ProMedica Conference Center this past Wednesday for their January Luncheon.
About 45 members enjoyed a presentation and discussion on Coldwater’s new marijuana establishments with Coldwater’s Planning and Zoning Director Dean Walrack.
While enjoying a chili/soup and salad bar catered by Small Town Girl Concessions & Catering, members also learned the new process to replace a lost mobile home title from the association’s President-Elect, Debbie Lounds-Bowers.
