ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – An Angola man surrendered at the Steuben County Jail late Monday night on a warrant which charged him with a felony count of failure to register as a sex or violent offender.
31 year old Steven J. Hawn was charged after a Sheriff’s Office investigation into allegations that Hawn failed to report a change in required information within the lawful time period.
Hawn was booked into the Steuben County Jail and was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
