BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The City of Bronson has announced that construction crews working on water main improvements associated with the Matteson Street Road Construction Project will begin work on West Corey between Walker and Matteson Streets this Tuesday.
The Southwest part of Bronson may experience interruptions of water service between 7:00am and 5:00pm on Tuesday so that work can be performed on the water main.
As part of the project, the water main on Rudd, West Corey and South Matteson will be upgraded to eight inches which will result in improved water flow.
If everything goes smoothly, the interruptions will only last a couple of hours.
If you notice any discoloration in your water after the water has been restored, flush the taps in your home until they run clear.
Further updates will be available on the City of Bronson’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Bronsoncity/) or the City’s website (www.bronson-mi.com).
