COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) -The Doctor Robert W. Browne Recreation Center will be a busy place on Saturday as a high school basketball summer shootout will be held. It’s the first such event hosted by the Coldwater High School basketball program.
Coldwater Varsity boys basketball coach Casey Adams says there will be 24 teams on hand including 12 varsity squads. There will also be four freshman and eight J.V. teams.
Teams from Coldwater, Union City and Quincy will be in the tournament with games beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Admission is $5 for adults. All kids and coaches will be admitted for free.
