FAWN RIVER TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A Sturgis woman is now facing charges after police find narcotics in her vehicle during a traffic stop Monday evening, April 17.
St. Joseph County deputies pulled the woman over around 11:15 p.m. on Fawn River and Lakeview Road in Fawn River Township.
During the stop, deputies requested assistance from the Sturgis Police K-9 unit who sent in K-9 Odin, who then detected the presence of narcotics in the vehicle.
Deputies arrested the 30-year-old and lodge her in the St. Joseph County for narcotic and weapon related charges.
