HILLSDALE, MI (WTVB) – Two Coldwater residents were arraigned Wednesday in Hillsdale County District Court on multiple counts.
33-year-old Erin Todd Kimble was arrested on a felony warrant which listed a total of 30 counts, including 28 counts for illegal use of a financial transaction device as well as counts for Larceny and Uttering & Publishing. His bond was set at $250,000 with ten percent allow.
Meanwhile, 23-year-old Caitlyn Marie Ross was arrested on a felony warrant for nine counts of illegal use of a financial transaction device. Her bond was set at $180,000 with ten percent allowed.
They are both scheduled to appear for probable cause conferences on May 11 and preliminary exams on May 17, 2016.
