COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Due to inclement weather on the first meeting date, the city of Coldwater will be holding another Master Plan Meeting on Monday, April 18th starting at 4:00pm at the Henry L. Brown Municipal Building.
There will be a short presentation on the status of the Master Plan. It will be followed by a chance to look at displays of key community development issues.
Topics are expected to include adding bike lanes to Marshall Street, roundabout construction at State and Marshall, housing near downtown, commercial development designs, western gateway enhancements and planning for more employment-related development.
