HAMILTON COUNTY, OH (WTVB) – A Burr Oak couple has made their first court appearances in Hamilton County, Ohio after they were arrested on Monday. 32-year-old John T. Morgan and his 29-year-old girlfriend Nickole Collins have been charged by Branch County Prosecutors in connection with the March 29th robbery of the Century Bank and Trust branch in Quincy.
They were caught by Ohio authorities during a traffic stop in alleged possession of drug abuse instruments while Collins was also charged with possession of drugs. Online court records also indicate they were both charged with obstructing official business.
Arraignments took place on Monday.
Their next court appearances will be for a report of the grand jury on April 14th. Online court documents have been sealed because officials feel they may contain sensitive information.
Morgan was wanted in Branch County on three counts of bank robbery, three counts unarmed robbery and one count of conspiracy to commit bank robbery. Collins is also facing bank robbery and conspiracy to commit bank robbery charges in Branch County.
