COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The official low temperature in Coldwater this morning was the coldest of the season so far with two degrees above zero recorded at the Branch County Memorial Airport at 8:15 a.m. With southwest winds of 12 mph, that produced a wind chill to make it feel like it was 15 degrees below zero.
The previous low temperature for this winter was 5 degrees with that reading registered twice on January 11 and January 13. Last year, the low temperature in Coldwater during January 2015 was 10 below zero on January 14, 2015.
