CALHOUN COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – If you see helicopters flying near power lines in Calhoun County this week, don’t worry.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office says energy company ITC will be patrolling the high-voltage transmission structures and power lines in Calhoun County with helicopters.
Flights in Calhoun County will most likely take place Monday through Wednesday.
They say these patrols by ITC provide an overall status of the overhead transmission systems operated by ITC.
