COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council formally approved a 12 year industrial facilities tax abatement on Monday night for the proposed Sekisui Voltek expansion project.

SEKISUI Voltek, LLC announced about a year ago they has received Board approval from its parent company, SEKISUI Chemical, LTD, to move forward with the $39 million investment to expand operations in Coldwater.
Production at the current plant will remain at full operation during construction.
