BRUSHY PRAIRIE, IN (WTVB) – The Bronson Vikings baseball team traveled into Indiana on Wednesday afternoon and lost at Prairie Heights 8-5 in a non-conference game.
The game ended early as it was called due to darkness.
Carson Stevens was tagged with the loss despite eight strike outs in 4 1/3 innings of work.
Dawson Soergel led the Vikings at the plate with two hits including a double.
Landyn Watkins went 1-for-3 with an RBI. Matt Arver also went 1-for-3.
Bronson Coach Matt Watkins said his team, “have to quit shooting ourselves in the foot.”
Bronson’s record is now 2-4.
