COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Good news for those who have put up with road construction just north of Coldwater’s downtown for the past several months. The Grand and Church Street project is just about done.
Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker says in his report for Monday’s City Council meeting that the rain on Thursday and Friday delayed final paving for the project.
The final paving, pavement markings and seeding are scheduled for the beginning of next week.
Meanwhile, the milling and paving of North Hudson, Elm and Hatch is tentatively scheduled for between October 11 and October 13, 2017.
Baker says that schedule depends on the weather and the asphalt contractor’s other project commitments.
