COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer, and this past summer was pleasant and dry in Coldwater.
The web site www.accuweather.com says the high on June 12 and 13 was 91 degrees, and those were the only days when the high temperature got above 90. The next warmest day was 89 on July 19, 2017.
The average temperature was one degree above normal in June and July and two degrees below normal in August.
It was a summer when you had to water the lawn a lot.
The total amount of rain for June, July and August was 4.33 inches which was 7.55 inches below normal for the three months.
