COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker reported to the City Council on Monday night that a two story home at 121 Elm which was heavily damaged in a fire almost a year ago will be demolished.
Baker says the demolition should take place some time in the near future.
The fire on November 18, 2019 caused nearly $150,000 worth of damage with heavy damage reported to the front first floor apartment.
The property owned by Saleh Ahmed. It took firefighters almost 90 minutes to get the flames under control.
The occupants managed to get to safety and no injuries were reported.
