COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – After multi tasking for over a year, Coldwater Main Street Director Audrey Tappenden now has some help.
She told the Downtown Development Authority Board on Wednesday that Erin Veysey has taken over as Economic Development Coordinator for the Branch County Economic Growth Alliance.
Tappenden became the Alliance’s Executive Director on July 1, 2023 when Lisa Miller retired. This was in addition to her duties as Main Street Director.
She said Veysey has been on the job for a couple of weeks.
Veysey has previously served as the Executive Director for the Quincy Chamber of Commerce. She has also worked for the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce, the Village of Quincy and the Branch County Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence.
The Branch County Economic Growth Alliance was created in 1989 to oversee economic development for Branch County.
