(Reuters) – Australian oil and gas producer Woodside Energy on Monday said it had agreed with Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF) to dismiss the green group’s challenge to a a primary environmental approval for the Scarborough project.
The Australian Conservation Foundation had in June, 2022 asked the Federal Court to stop Woodside working on the Scarborough gas project until an assessment is made about its potential impact on the Great Barrier Reef.
