BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – Three candidates to be the next Bronson Superintendent were interviewed on Monday night and three more candidates will have their interviews Tuesday evening.
Tuesday’s interviews will start at 5:30 p.m. in the Bronson Junior and Senior High School Media Center.
The interviews are open to the public.
All of the candidates serve as principals and one is a current superintendent. Whoever is chosen will take over for Teresa Belote who is leaving Bronson after accepting the Superintendent’s job for the St. Joseph County Intermediate School District.
Three principals were interviewed Monday. They were Harmonee McCrea of Bronson’s Anderson Elementary, Richard Hilderly from Tecumseh and Jill Snyder from Sturgis.
Scheduled to be interview Tuesday evening will be Corey Helgesen who is Superintendent and K-12 Principal in Litchfield, Bob Cassiday from Fremont, Michigan and Patrick Weckel from Niles Brandywine.
Final interviews have been scheduled for next Tuesday.
