Branch County included in second Winter Weather Advisory this week

BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – Here we go again. For the second time this week, Branch County is included in a Winter Weather Advisory.

The latest advisory was in effect until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday as mixed precipitation is expected.

Total snow accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations less than one tenth of an inch was in the forecast for portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan, and northwest Ohio.

You know the drill by now. Slow down and take your time if you have to drive Saturday morning as road conditions will be slippery.

The snow may mix with or change to a combination of freezing rain or
freezing drizzle Saturday morning before tapering off.
