COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A second round of winter weather for the weekend bringing snow and gusty winds has caused the National Weather Service to issue a Winter Weather Advisory from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday for Branch County and the surrounding area.
Total snow accumulation of between one and four inches is expected. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph Sunday, causing, some blowing and drifting snow.
The National Weather Service says final snow amounts will be dependent on how early the snow develops and lingers.
The original Winter Weather Advisory was scheduled to begin at 10:00 p.m. Saturday, but that was pushed back Saturday evening.
