COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man was formally charged on Monday in Branch County District Court with three counts after he was allegedly in possession of drugs on July 29 while he was in a vehicle stopped by the Michigan State Police.
30-year-old Justin Miller is facing a charge of delivery or manufacture of a controlled substance under 50 grams as well as two possession charges.
His bond was set at $50,000 with no ten percent allowed.
A pre trial conference was scheduled for December 30 with a preliminary exam set for January 5.
