COLDWATER, MI (WTVB)- Coldwater Main Street’s Economic Vitality Committee will host the Downtown Coldwater Visitor Profile and Market Data Workshop on Monday April 28th from 8 to 10 a.m. at 11 East Chicago Street, in Coldwater. The workshop will provide a comprehensive analysis of the 185,000 annual visitors to downtown Coldwater. Attendees will gain valuable insights into demographics, origins, and trip patterns on an annual business, as well as detailed market data will also be shared.
The workshop also aims to equip local businesses with the knowledge to make strategic marketing decisions and plan for growth as well as enhanced customer engagement. Among the highlights attendees will receive detailed marketing data for those visitors who travel from 5 to 30 minutes to visit as well as engaging in collaborative discussion on how to apply those insights to benefit downtown businesses and partnerships.
The workshop is geared toward downtown businesses and building owners but is also open to local lenders and other interested parties, subject to availability.
