HILLSDALE, MI (WTVB) – Bronson competed at the Southern Michigan Independent Tennis League Thursday at Hillsdale and came away with a third place finish. Just four points separated the top three teams, as Lansing Christian won with 38 points, Columbia Central was runner-up with 36 points, and Bronson had 34.
Individually for the Vikings, Aleah Brackett was the league champion at #2 singles. Cheyanne Villisan at #1 singles and Aubree Wyant at #3 singles had runner-up finishes in their respective flights. Finishing third in their flights were Hailey Francom at #4 singles, Ella Ramsey and Braylyn Dow at #1 doubles, Aubrey Gump and Annaluisa Pinon at #3 doubles, and Maria Paiva and Jasmine Tomadewicz at #4 doubles. The #2 doubles team of Sophia Reed and Kyleigh Springman finished fifth.
Bronson is back in action Friday at Marshall.

VICKSBURG, MI – Coldwater dropped a 6-2 non-conference decision at Vicksburg. The Cardinals got wins from Mallory Morick and Lily Scheidler at #3 doubles and from Harper Cummings and Jaliana Zepeda at #4 doubles.
Coldwater will host Gull Lake for Senior Night Monday at Heritage Park.
