QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – A resolution which confirms the dates for 2017 events in Quincy was approved on Tuesday night by the Quincy Village Council.
Many popular events will be back this summer. The events include Theater in the Park which will feature the play “Hansel and Gretel” on June 26, 27 and 28.
Entertainment in the Park and the Farmers Markets will be held on Thursdays starting on June 8th.
An art festival is also scheduled for June 10 while a musical is scheduled to take place in the middle of July.
Plans are being worked out to have the Branch County Community Theatre Group bring Shakespeare to the Park but things have not been finalized yet.
Movies in the Park will be held July 14, July 28 and August 4.
Other events include the U.S. 12 Garage Sales on August 11,12 and 13, Quincy Daze on August 25 and 26, Pints in the Park on September 30 and Quincy Lights on December 1, 2017.
