BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – In girls high school basketball, Bronson got their first victory of the season Tuesday with a 53-45 home court victory over Adrian.
Kiera Lasky led the Vikings with 18 points while Keona Salesman had 14 points. The Vikings are now 1-1.
The Quincy Orioles improved to 3-0 as they won at Leslie 33-28. The Orioles did not allow a point in the first quarter and led 13-9 at the half. After leading 21-20 after three quarters, the Orioles secured the victory with a 12-7 fourth quarter.
Katie Rathbun led the Orioles with 13 points which included a critical three-point bucket with two-and-a-half minutes left while Jessica Holcomb grabbed 13 rebounds.
