SHERWOOD TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – Two people were taken to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo following a rollover accident in Sherwood Township Tuesday afternoon.
The Michigan State Police say the crash happened at about 4:15 p.m. on Oliverda Road near Arney Road when an unidentified woman lost control of her vehicle.
The vehicle over turned and came to rest on the driver’s side.
There were a total of three passengers in the vehicle.
Troopers report the two that were transported to Bronson Hospital were not wearing seat belts and alcohol may have been a factor in the accident, which is still under investigation.
The Union City Police Department, Sherwood firefighters and Lifecare EMS assisted.
Since last Thursday afternoon, there have been four personal injury crashes around Branch County which have left 12 people injured.
