COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Near perfect weather helped draw large crowds over the weekend for events around Branch County.
It kicked off with the Troy Link Memorial Truck Show both Friday and Saturday at the Branch County Fairgrounds.
There was a huge turnout Friday afternoon for the annual Coldwater High School Homecoming Parade.
The smell of barbeque began Friday night and continued into Saturday at the Branch County Fairgrounds with the Kansas City BBQ Cookoff as part of second annual September Fest. The event also featured an amateur division.
Saturday downtown Coldwater was packed with the 39th Annual Applefest and Craft Show. Over 210 vendors were part of the event that stretched down the south side of US 12 to South Monroe and South Hanchett Streets, as well as Tibbits parking lot, and a portion of Pearl Street.
