LEONIDAS TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – A Vicksburg man was killed late Tuesday morning in St. Joseph County’s Leonidas Township when his 2012 Ford F-250 pickup truck crashed into a tree.
The Michigan State Police at Marshall say 30-year-old Bryan Smith was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident which took place on Fulton Road near Longnecker Road just before 12:00 noon.
Troopers say Smith was not wearing a seatbelt.
They were assisted by Mendon, Leonidas and Colon firefighters along with Life Care Ambulance and the Saint Joseph County Sheriff’s Department.
No other information about the accident is being released at this time.
