HILLSDALE MI (WTVB) – Hillsdale Hospital is hosting a diabetes education event on November 10 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Hillsdale Surgical Group office to make diabetes management more accessible and coordinated.
The event will offer appointments for primary care, diabetic foot exams, and diabetic eye exams, with walk-in access to educational resources from various services.
Healthcare professionals will be available to provide information, including primary care director Dr. Heather Mewes offering appointments and registered dietitian Denise Lovinger providing nutrition guidance and information on diabetes education classes.
