COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Michigan motorists are seeing continued relief at the pump this week as the statewide average price for regular unleaded gasoline dropped a significant 14 cents from a week ago, reaching an average of $2.82 per gallon today.
This marks the second consecutive week of decline, with prices now at their lowest since October. The current average price is 33 cents less than a month ago and 13 cents lower than this time last year.
There is even better news for motorists in Branch County, where the average price of $2.71 per gallon is even lower than the state average.
According to Adrienne Woodland, spokesperson for AAA Michigan, prices may continue to drop due to declining demand and increasing gasoline inventories.

Why not single out Coldwater’s Cartel prices compared to the low prices in Hillsdale, Angola and Marshall ? THAT is what is news worthy.
At 4 pm today the price had been raised to $2.99.9 but it was $2.79.9 in Marshall at Love’s.
