COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Battle Creek theater director faces felony charges, including third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and accosting a child for immoral purposes.
23-year-old Noble David Vater Lebron is accused of engaging in sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl in November 2023 in Union City, according to court documents.
Investigators also noted allegations of Lebron using religious manipulation and text messages with the victim.
Judge Brent R. Weigle set bond at $25,000 with a no-contact order for the victim.
Authorities received additional reports during the investigation from other young girls under 16 alleging Lebron acted sexually towards them in theater activities.
Lebron has a probable cause hearing scheduled for February 12 and a preliminary examination February 17.
