He was born July 30, 1935, in Coldwater, MI, to Ivan and Ethel (Bay) Crull. January 26, 1962, he married Thelma J. Rude. She preceded him in death June 20, 2014.
Donald honorably served his country in the United States Army. Following his service, he returned home and began his career with the Regional Center in Coldwater, where he worked for more than 30 years until his retirement. In addition to his career, Don dedicated much of his life to farming, continuing the work he had been involved in since his youth.
Don was a devoted member of the Coldwater Eagles, the Moose Lodge, and the American Legion. In his earlier years, Don enjoyed playing in several local bowling and golf leagues and riding motorcycles; his interests over time shifted to countless dedicated hours tending to his garden, but above all else, Don cherished the time he spent with his family and the many memories they shared together. His steady presence, hardworking spirit, and love for those around him will be remembered by all who knew him.
Donald leaves behind his children Christine (Michael) Disibio of Dry Ridge, KY, Jeff (Tammy Haehl) Crull of Coldwater, MI; his grandchildren Aaron Disibio, Alex Disibio, Michaela (Rajan Khosla) Disibio; and his loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife Thelma Crull, he was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Onnalee Choskov, and his brother Ivan C. Crull.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Coldwater Eagles.
