Pearl Ann Guzy, 94, of Bronson, MI, passed away peacefully Friday, March 20, 2026 at LakeHouse in Coldwater.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Assumption Catholic Church in Bronson. Interment will follow the service at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Bronson.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2026 from 4:00-7:00 p.m., with rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson.
She was born July 10, 1931 in Sturgis, MI, to John and Pearl (Smoker) Losinski. June 16, 1951, she married William “Bill” Guzy, who preceded her in death July 28, 1996.
Pearl Ann began her working career with Darlings but ultimately retired from Bronson Plastics after 30 plus years of faithful service. She was a woman of deep and abiding faith. She was a devoted member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bronson, where she also faithfully served with the Lady’s Rosary Society. Pearl Ann was proud to be a member of the Bronson American Legion and found great joy in the camaraderie of her Wednesday and Friday Poker Clubs.
She embraced life’s simple pleasures and was especially fond of playing bingo, cards, working on puzzles, and making trips to the casino. She was also a talented baker, sharing her creations with family and friends who always looked forward to her treats. Above all else, Pearl Ann cherished her family. Her love, kindness, and steady presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, warmth, and devotion that will not be forgotten.
Pearl Ann leaves behind her children Renee Guzy of Sturgis, MI, Bill (Julie) Guzy of Hickory Corners, MI, Joe (Lisa) Guzy of Coldwater, MI, Rhonda (Dave) Good of Bronson, MI; her grandchildren Sherri (Brian McCauley) McElvain, Brad (Brian Ball) McConn, Kurt (Monica) McConn, Dara (Koky) Sisoura, Megan (Mark) Robinton, Melissa Guzy, Sean (Kelsee) Guzy, Tyler Guzy, Stacy (Cody) Kehoe, Brandon (Emily) Good, Brittany (Joeby) Wisman, Brayton Good; her great grandchildren Michael, Madison, Allyson, Brendan, Carson, Beckett, Raegan, Ellie, William, Copper, Bryar, Ivy, Wren, Brooklyn, Ashlyn, Caitlyn, Ryan, Caleb, Abby; her step-grandchildren Jessica (Michael) Schultz, Brittany (Tip) O’Donnell; her step-great grandchildren Archie, Rainer, Walker, Grayson; and her many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband Bill, she was preceded in death by her daughter Holly McConn, and her siblings Delci Kibiloski, Dorothy Szafranski, David Losinski, and her infant sister.
