Global carbon markets hit record $79 billion revenue in 2025, ICAP says

LONDON, April 14 (Reuters) – Global emissions trading systems (ETS) generated a record $79 billion in revenues in 2025, the International Carbon Action Partnership ‌said on Tuesday in its annual Emissions Trading Worldwide Status Report.
