COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The start of the Junior Baseball Tournament along with the Street Legal Pickups and Semi Pulls in the Amphitheater highlight the second day of the Branch County Fair.
Also on the schedule will be the Judging of Hobbies & Collections in Merchant’s Hall, Sheep and Dairy Starter Calves in the Show Shelter along with Stock Horses in the Horse Arena.
It’s Dollar Day at the Fair. All rides as they open up from Big Rock Amusements will be $1.00.
The Branch County Republicans will be asking a question of the day once again at this year’s Branch County Fair. Sunday’s question was:
There is a millage request on the primary election ballot this Tuesday to build a new county jail. Do you support passage of this millage to build a new jail?
According to Branch County Republican Party Chair Dennis Armstrong, 28 said yes while 17 said no.
