COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Meijer of Coldwater recently awarded the Altrusa Club of Branch County’s Happy Feet program with $500.00 in gift cards. This money will go towards the purchase of shoes, boots, and socks for the needy children of Branch County.
From June 2017 to June 2018 Altrusa was able to provide 478 pairs of footwear to local children.
This is the start of the 11th year for the Happy Feet program. Overall, 3,720 pairs of footwear have been distributed in the Branch County area.
