COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Michigan Bulls won the A.A.B.C. North Central Mickey Mantle Baseball Regional championship on Saturday as they defeated Foutch 16U from the Flint area 11-1 in the regional final at Pat Lowe Field.
The Bulls, made up of players mostly from Detroit’s western suburbs, won all five of their games in the regional as they outscored their opponents 53-8.
By winning the regional tournament, the Bulls earned the right to advance to the national Mickey Mantle tournament in Waterbury, CT.
