COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The latest round of street work around Coldwater begins next week. Crews will be microsurfacing various streets around the city this coming Monday and Tuesday.
Work is scheduled to be performed Monday on Rose Street, Vans Avenue, and Morse Street from Pierce to Elizabeth Streets, Pierce from Morse to Hudson Street, Alden Street from Grand Street to Marshall Street, Hudson Street to Morse Street, and on Edison Court.
Tuesday’s work is scheduled to take place on Munson Street, Green Street from Henry Street to Hatch Avenue, Pearl Street from Jay Street to Clay Street, Hudson Street from Park Street to Washington Street, and Park Avenue from Elm Street to Walnut Street.
Residents are being asked to do not park their vehicles on these streets on the day the microsurfacing work is scheduled to be performed.
According to city officials, microsurfacing is similar to slurry seal or chip seal, without the dust and loose stones.
