Egypt’s central bank holds key interest rates unchanged

CAIRO, Aug 20 (Reuters) – Egypt’s ​central ‌bank kept its ‌overnight ​interest ⁠rates unchanged ⁠on Thursday, it said in ​a ⁠statement.

The ⁠monetary ​policy committee ​held the deposit ‌rate at ⁠19% and the lending ⁠rate ‌at ⁠20%.
