STURGIS, MI (WTVB) – Bronson’s cross country teams opened their season Saturday at Sturgis Middle School for the Sturgis Kickoff Classic. The Lady Vikings placed third with 78 points.
Alonna Goodsell paced her team with a fifth place finish, while Miriam Sanchez was 13th, Piper Grigsby 17th, Adelynn Cosby 28th, and Camila Albarran 31st.
The Viking boys did not have enough runners for a team score, but all four participants finished within the top 25. Adam Franks led the was by finishing fourth, while Brayton Cosby was tenth, Denver Siler 12th, and Rylan Fincham 24th.

Bronson will run at the Three Rivers Big Hill Invitational on Tuesday.
