COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Chamber of Commerce has officially named Madison “Madi” Wright as its next Executive Director, with her tenure set to begin on November 9.
Wright, a Coldwater native with a background in marketing, business administration, and community involvement, expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity to serve her hometown.
To ensure a seamless leadership transition, she will work closely over the next several weeks alongside the departing director, Lori Hunt-Bobilya, who is retiring at the end of the year after nearly seven years of leading the Chamber.
In a post on the Chambers social media Wright shared an optimistic vision centered on local business growth, relationship building, and enhanced community unity, saying “I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to the town I have always called home and help make a positive impact on its future,” Wright emphasized that “great things happen when we work together.”
Local businesses and residents looking to connect, share ideas, or welcome the new director are encouraged to reach out to the Chamber via email at info@coldwaterchamber.com.
Earlier in the day Monday the chamber also announced Taylar Hickerson as its new Assistant Director.
