LANSING (WKZO AM/FM) – There are some indications that Governor Whitmer may be preparing to re-open gyms in the state.
Political reporter Tim Skubick of Lansing TV station WLNS stated that sources have hinted that the move may be made soon.
Recent data provided to the Governor’s office appears to show that the virus has little chance of being spread at gyms, and would seem to point the way toward gyms opening up again.
One report indicated that, in Ohio, gyms have been open since May, and have only reported 8 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
