COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Board of Public Utilities says it’s conducting a customer satisfaction survey for their Telecom Services. The survey, which started today, is available online at the city’s website www.coldwater.org.
The CBPU is asking for customers to only fill out one survey per account. All those taking the survey will be automatically entered into a random drawing from which three $50 bill credits will be awarded.
The CBPU says the purpose behind the survey is to help maintain and improve Telecom Services. The utility is saying thanks in advance to all those who fill out the survey. By the way, the Coldwater City Council tonight holds the first of its two regular February meetings.
